User Data Deletion Instructions
Compliance with Meta Platform Terms & Indian DPDP / GDPR

In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and global privacy standards, AiSolvit (aisolvit.com) provides automated and self-serve mechanisms for users to request complete deletion of their personal data.
Option 1: Automated Facebook Login / App Removal Callback
When you disconnect AiSolvit from your Facebook / Meta Business account settings:
- Meta sends an authenticated signed request to our automated callback endpoint:
POST /api/v1/compliance/data-deletion. - Our server verifies the HMAC-SHA256 signature using the Meta App Secret.
- Your stored tokens, chat threads, and lead records are immediately deleted or anonymized.
- A unique confirmation tracking code (e.g.
DEL_ABCD1234EF56) is generated.
Option 2: Direct Self-Serve Request
If you are a customer or academy administrator and wish to delete all data and messages associated with your WhatsApp phone number:
- Send an email to support@aisolvit.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your WhatsApp phone number in international format (+91...).
- Our team processes deletion requests within 24 hours and issues a signed deletion confirmation receipt.
